1. AGV has comprehensive functions: for an engine weighing 1500KG, the AGV can automatically dock, lift, rotate the engine, and automatically hook up with the feeder.

The powertrain AGV assembly line has a high degree of informatization, and communicates and interacts with the coating suspension line, the assembly leak tester, the wrench information collection network, the self-propelled hoist, and the MES system for control information, production information, and model information. A complete information transmission system has been constructed.
3. The powertrain AGV assembly line realizes the mixed flow production of multi-variety engines. The intelligent control of the system enables the AGV to operate freely and independently, and can be combined accurately and orderly to form a highly flexible assembly line. The user can completely modify the layout of the assembly line independently and randomly according to the changes in the production process, realizing the informatization, flexibility and intelligent assembly of the engine.

Informatization:
The engine flexible assembly line has a high degree of informatization. It transmits and interacts with the coating suspension line, the assembly leak tester, the wrench information collection network, the self-propelled hoist, and the MES system to transmit and interact with the control information, production information and model information. A complete information transmission system, the AGV control system controls the AGV walking path and engine assembly attitude according to the engine information, tracks and monitors the assembly results in real time, and feeds back the information to the MES system to realize the information management of engine assembly.




Flexibility:
The flexible assembly line of the engine is automatically matched with the SPS batching system, and materials of various models can be assembled and assembled on-line in an orderly manner. The material assembly and distribution are transported by the logistics AGC to the KIT material trucks respectively to the on-line station, and the assembly line AGV automatically hooks the KIT material vehicles to run synchronously. Employees on both sides of the assembly line can pick up parts for assembly by simply turning sideways, and it is not easy to install them wrongly. When the KIT material assembly is completed, the assembly AGV automatically separates from the KIT empty material truck, and the logistics AGC returns the KIT empty material vehicle to the material collection and distribution area.
Intelligent:

The flexible assembly line of the engine is automatically connected with the press-fitting, tightening and gluing equipment, and the assembly is qualified and released, reducing the influence of human factors and improving the assembly quality. The assembly posture can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the assembly height of the engine can be adjusted according to the height of the employee.
